STEP 2: DNSettlements.com contacts the Counterparty with details from Step 1

STEP 3: If Counterparty accepts terms from Step 1 then DNSettlements.com provides instructions to both parties to transfer money and domain(s) to DNSettlements.com's trust account

STEP 4: DNSettlements.com pushes domain(s) to Buyer's account and disburses proceeds to Seller as per agreed payment method
